Nail biting in all its various forms is a non acceptable behavior plagued by peculiarity and contradiction. Nail biting normally begins between the ages of five and 10 and is common among adults as well. As many as one in three people bite their nails.
Nail biting crosses all social and economic or moral bounds. Pervasiveness figures for children are much higher than for adults but it is still a nuisance not only as it is an unwelcoming sight but also because it has a pretty taxing result on the condition of the nails as a result nails become short and ragged. It can also cause damaged cuticles as well as bleeding around the edges of the nails.

Keep an emery board in your reach at all times so the minute you see a snag, use it emery board instead of your teeth.
Nail Polish:
Start nail polishing your nails also apply cream you will notice the difference in a week or so.
Mind Power:
This is not rocket science but the fact is that for getting this right you have to stay focused on the job at hand. Take it seriously. Constantly remind your mind that it’s a simple task and that you can do it easily.

In the end it all comes downs to will power. It is an amazing virtue. No matter how much you want it don’t give in.
