If the skin rash is caused by bacterial or fungal infection, you should use antibacterial over the counter creams or lotions. Although skin rash is common, it may get severe if left untreated. Visit your dermatologist or health care professional for immediate treatment. Allergic skin rash often spreads rapidly to other skin areas. Avoid scrubbing the area as it may also spread the infection as the area may get injured. Do not wear tight and fitted clothing as heat may be a factor involved in skin rash.
